The Spring Scramble was scheduled on ......... and won by the team of

The team of xxxx represented the Club at ..... after winning the qualifier for the 2 man MGA event on .........

The Memorial tournament was played on the Blue course with the coveted first place honors going to the team of Dave Segot and Al Jinete.  On the 18th hole, Dave Segot from 121 yards, hit his gap wedge into the cup for eagle, to come in at 11 under for the tournament.  Several teams were tied at 10 under with their hopes deflated by the new score (not so much the score, but the way it was attained).

Twenty teams participated in the Pinehurst tournament, contested on the Green course with the team of Dave Segot and Gary Mertens winning it on a match of cards over the team of Grag Mc Calmont and Kevin Mullen, who also came in with a 67 thus becoming the bridesmaid.  The team of John Turrisi and Al Channin shot 69 to take third place.  Last place was shared by the teams of Steve Meltsner/Hugh Callaghan and Sean Mc Laughlin/Rich Keller who shot 76.

The Club Championship's flight was won by Dave Segot who beat Casey Calmi 2 & 1, the A flight had Al Channin beat Joe Subbiondo 2 up; the B flight was captured by Jeff Windell who beat  Glen Broderick 2 up and the C flight crown went to Kevin Mullen who beat John Multer 5 & 4.

The last event of the season, the Fall Scramble, was contested on the Blue course with a lot of teams competing for the last honors of the season.  The team of Dennis Lynch, Charlie Wolfson, Ray Reynolds and Tom Mc Caffrey took first place by shooting 16 under.
